Webb Vocal Arts caters to lower income students

After years of my children going to piano lessons with the very lovely and talented Jan Houser, I realized what a giving teacher she is! She donates MUCH of her time. I want to afford the same for my students. I'm offering scholarships -- so you CAN take lessons. It's a way I can provide now for my students.
